Paper Presentation

1. It is to be noted that it will be an individual or two per team in a paper presentation event.
   
   
2. The abstract should include a summary of the participant's ideas or solutions regarding the topic and it should not exceed 300 words.
   
   The abstract can be submitted in .pdf or .docx format.
   
   
3. The number of slides in the PPT should not exceed 15 nos.
   
   
4. The participants would be given 10 minutes to present their work following which there would be questions from the panel of judges.
   
   
5. Kindly send both the abstract and presentation before 10th March 2023 to geohorizon23@gmail.com
   
   
   

Poster presentation

1. Individual or Two per team.
   
   
2. Poster should be self explanatory about the chosen topic.
   
   The abstract can be submitted in .pdf or .docx format.
   
   
3. Plagiarism is prohibited.
   
   
4. Decision taken by the judges is final.
   
   
5. Participants will be given 5 minutes for explaining their topic which will be followed by questions from panel of judges.
   
   
6. A hardcopy of the poster is to be brought on the day of presentation.
